看到一家虛擬主機 (http://www.frihost.com/)的免費方式，就是在他們的論壇上持續張貼文章，就可以免費使用php+mysql的主機。不過這是英文網站，英文不錯的不妨去看看 (http://www.frihost.com/)。
規格和條件如下：
250 Mb of space 250MB的空間
10 GB of traffic each and every month 每個月10GB的流量
1 free subdomain (ex. *.frih.net)

The DirectAdmin control panel
No forced advertisements
Unlimited MySQL databases 無限的MySQL資料庫
Unlimited sub-subdomains and ftp accounts
Unlimited email accounts and forwarders
Unlimited parked and addon domains
條件是：
You need at least 5 quality posts before requesting a completely free web hosting account.
先發五篇文章才能取得使用的資格(quality posts 表示不要用灌水或垃圾文章混過去)
Being active on our forums afterwards is also required.
開始免費使用後依然要在論壇中持續活躍發表文章。(基本上是採點數制的)
